breakfast room is the conservatory looking out over the lundin links golf course and across the sandy beach to the waves of the firth of fourth estuary on a clear day

perhaps a bit more parking required as we took the last space at 6

good access to roads and plenty of car parking

the food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced as was the bar prices

staff from reception to bar were curtious,friendly & professional,food was outstanding,stayed for

had breakfast and evening meals

the kids loved the pool, which we used several times

the pool and spa facilities are brilliant

facilities for kids, balcony in room, view, everything.

parking is plentiful and free

quality ingredients room was great size and a nice balcony with view over to the sea ample parking close to burntisland and

wee bit on the dear side for what it was like it was a breakfast in bed but u where changed for room

just the fact that there is no food/room service after 2.30 pm

hot tub on decking would benifit. spa bath was nice but they views could be utilised more.

really enjoyed having a drink with others in front of the fire in the bar area

close to a golf park and you can walk inside and park outside.

as we were there for a wedding at neighbouring hotel staff were fantastic even giving us early check in breakfast was really

all staff were very pleasant and breakfast was amazing

breakfast was just fine, room was comfy and clean dinner was very nice. 5 stars all round.

it was a bit daunting eating and drinking in the bar area in the evening on my own but the lovely ladies pam and sharon made it so comfortable with

breakfast was great and the close proximity of the tram is ideal to explore the city.

i highly recommend the brûlée porridge with whiskey for breakfast
