i had my 2 kids with me(3 and 5)and the room was almost too small for them

just got the family day pass when we wanted to travel and only cost 10 pounds for a family of 3 kids and 2 adults

recommended even for families with kids

no common area to chill out in when kids in bed

stayed here with my partner & 3 kids, staff were really nice, room was clean & beds were comfy, wasn’t too far from city centre

it has very convenient self serve laundry facilities and their taxi call button brings a cab in minutes

suite was huge with more amenities than we expected, like a full kitchen and on-site laundry

the away spa was also great, i had the detox facial and it was the best treatment i've ever had

the bar staff in the w lounge whose names i don't remember (he was from brazil and she had a lovely

spa looks great

gym was not as well equipped as it could be no access to spa and sauna

our room was so big and thought of everything the hotel service was amazing we used the spa facilities which were amazing the staff were so friendly and welcoming an extra touch was added

wonderful as well :) room was perfect everything you needed and more, very clean bed was comfy, room service for breakfast 10/10 and all staff where very helpful polite and friendly 10/10

we sent a large load laundry to be washed and some came back shoved & squished in paper; not even folded

great miss : no swimming pool or spa to have a massage but there is a good gym

hotel gym didn t have cleaning wipes, which would have been much appreciated since it was used by many

rooms were comfortable and clean, modern, well stocked mini bar and snacks

nice bar area, with friendly, welcoming staff

breakfast was great

is great as it is very close to the royal mile but just far enough to be out of the fray; breakfast is delicious with lots of options for all tastes (almond and oat milk, even a virgin mary

we had a drink at the bar each night and enjoyed the comfortable seating and quirky surroundings

super hotel, very clean and modern and breakfast was 10/10

the pool can be busy at times

excellent elevators and they did serve breakfast but for a fee

my kids were a little bummed

the dinner and breakfast were of the highest quality and standard

breakfast was great and the close proximity of the tram is ideal to explore the city.
