the free wifi didn't reach our bedroom. food in the restaurant was rather disappointing.

the restaurant at the hotel has good traditional food plus some vegan options and there is a bar for drinks

the beds were comfortable and we had the facility to make tea; the gardens a delight and parking plentiful

quality ingredients room was great size and a nice balcony with view over to the sea ample parking close to burntisland and

just the fact that there is no food/room service after 2.30 pm

continental breakfast choices were limited but the hot food menu had a great selection

the location is 2 minutes from city centre and a 20 minute walk to standrews golf course

throw from my sons university halls excellent staff easy parking very welcoming hotel with small bar area which was cosy and inviting the room was excellent i had a balcony on to garden terrace

location and the staff were very helpful my mother is 94 and the staff served us breakfast in the bar so we didn t need to go downstairs for

we had our evening meal in the bar area and it was delicious, as was the wine
