decent wifi and a nice river view

room service 24hrs plus vending machines for accessories and light

everything was brilliant, one minus is parking very narrow and not enough spaces

good location and private parking was a massive plus

great place to stay! satisfied with the room, lounge and breakfast!

i believe that the pool and jakuzi deserves a revamp

swimming pool was perfect especially with small kids

ease of check in and savoy bar was great including the food

came back to the hotel at 1 and told w could only order room service

kids were treated so well, made feel so welcome

we were greeted at reception we were given helpful info on the surrounding area, the hotels gym facilities and the lounge

antonio and siobhan were exceptional hosts. breakfast was great. spa was excellent

antonio guided us through things like breakfast and dinner times, room service etc, and also provided some helpful tips for exploring limerick

central to city, great pool, gym, sauna facilities.

quiet location with plenty of parking on site

great, had 2 single beds and they were unbelievably comfortable and to top off a great stay the breakfast the next day was the best i had at any hotel

swimming pool was a big hit with the kids

highly recommend staying here with children the pool alone is a win win

in than anticipated, staff member forgetting to take our food order, dirty changing rooms in spa area, fridge in room not working
