leisure centre, the pool and saunas are very relaxing

had booked early check in at 3 but the room but when we arrived at 3

the view of the mountains covered in snow was amazing, and i had a great breakfast in the morning

swimming pool area was brilliant kids loved it

lovely hotel . friendly happy staff . beautiful location kids loved the pool

we got early check in which was fantastic

rooms are freezing, lighting in them is non-existent, my room had no phone or welcome pack with room service menu or wifi code and i also found a used condom on the floor which is

close to everything, plenty of parking and spacious hotel

the wifi could be a lot better

the spa was excellent also

wifi could be a bit better but i could work from the hotel room.

all service industry, the restaurant seemed understaffed because we were unable to get room service

good location and private parking was a massive plus

wifi was out during our whole stay, it took 1

breakfast and pool/gym facility were all great

i did like breakfast was not included and the gym was a little awkward

wifi was terrible consudering it was suppose to 200mb it was not like that myself and my wife could

the gym was too small and had no benches to use free weights on

the cocktails in the bar were very

nothing springs to mind. maybe knowing the pool wasn t big enough to swim in is all.
