the staff was so friendly! everything was very clean and breakfast was a great plus!!

smell of old wet carpets. laundry room was dirty

for instance, the laundry shoot door was open from the second floor all day and night

filthy, worn down, not maintained, broken hot tub, broken lamp, beat up doors, open laundry shoot, filthy carpet

airport shuttle is better than other hotels around dfw

the room, the bathroom, the fitness center, and the breakfast area was very clean and well-kept

guest laundry machines were inconsistent but worked most of the time.

hot tub, pool was not usable (down for maintenance ) in the middle of the summer in 103 degree heat
