hiro's restaurant is a real gem, excellent food, great bar and awesome oceanside seating

wish the restaurant and bar was up for business but that's understandable.

they did not go out of their way to advise us that nothing would be open and their restaurant and bar facilities would be closed for the day

the pool, beach and bbq was nice to have, everything was easy access.

the pools and spa are great for kids

so i had to hop on and off the elevator with my load of laundry looking for a free machine

the hotel is huge and spacious; the rooms are large and well equipped kitchen is a plus

there was dinning table with four chairs, a small kitchen (minus a stove) with a microwave and fridge

we enjoyed being in the pool

a couple looking for a respite there was no adult only pool, but only a “quiet” labeled pool connected to a very active area and even this quiet pool

i called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and i was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all

the kids kept running into the adults along the edge or the scuba class in the middle

pool is a bit small and dated, and mostly for small kids it seemed.

i'd stay there again, but it's hard not having a kitchen

the price i paid, it would’ve been nicer to have a bit more space or a kitchen area

the hotel should have a golf cart to shuttle seniors / kids over to nearby stores or shops

gym definitely should be open at least at 6 or 7 am vs 9 too late for a gym to be open with

satyed only half a day as we had overnight flight and our hotel was not able accommodate us with late check out
