the hotel is located in a fantastic location so that you can park and walk everywhere you might want to go in downtown plymouth

parking lot was very icy could have been sanded better.

the 7 night stay, we never had room service, clean towels, rubbish removal, or any of the services one would normally and

in was too late, the water park was over crowed with little staff, and then they advertised for kids events as if they

pool area could have been nicer cleaner and more appealing to enter as we didn’t use that

has everything i needed within the rooms location including ice vending laundry and so on

everything else from checkin, staff, pool, etc were amazing.i

the room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant was good, gym, pool, game room, but there is not much to do in the town of hull itself

cabinets had obvious dirt and grime around handles, there was dirt and trash inside couch and the kitchen trash was full upon arrival

the indoor pool area was great and the hot tub was relaxing

a lot of spider webs and bugs on the balcony along with the kitchen area.

pool area was very clean but could use some tall plants or bushes to block the view of the main

proximity to golf course

outdoor jacuzzi and spa resting area are incredibly invigorating

property needs a cool water pool, whether for swimming or simply cooling off after hot tub or sauna

while my husband and son are platting golf next door , i am enjoying my spa

really the only thing lacking at this place is a pool

spa and amenities were awesome.staff was very helpful.
