breakfast was prepared for us in the downstairs kitchen-living room area - great start to a day

some areas outside the room need to be better taken care of.(pool area)

i wished there was some sort of literature in the room, detailing where facilities and pool were, and mentioning the roof deck

everything else from checkin, staff, pool, etc were amazing.i

fireplace was outstanding the spa bath and the cleanliness and the humble housekeeping staff

is a great pool area but the hot tub is just a little small for what we’re used to at other resorts

it was nice having laundry facilities on the premise

north end, plentiful breakfast buffet including fabulous hot pastries, very helpful staff, handy laundry

we arrived very late but this was made very easy for us and instructions were excellent lovely breakfast, stunning room with very comfy bed and great

complementary wine and water and the breakfast was great

no restaurant or bar but breakfast served to the room was great

liked the room service and people at the desk, the location

access to their well appointed gym was ideal

excellent location, overall very nice rooms and gym facilities.

restaurant is expensive, not an hotel for travellers with young kids

i didn't have an issue connecting to wifi, and i like how quiet it was despite the location of the hotel

they even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families

in room wasn t working so we had to go down to the restaurant to order room service, not a big deal just alittle

luggage facilities and late check out

wifi is limited to 5 devices, in our case - 2 adults and 2 children - we had to pay for extra

we also arrived earlier than expected and they were able to get us an early check in

balconies, cleanliness, helpful staff, parking across hotel overnight 38 dollars a night, rooftop bar, bar in the hotel entrance, lounge in the hotel, joe front desk agent very helpful, location,

the wifi kept disconnecting and required a password to be entered every time i reconnected
