the heated pool was awesome

very clean and good air conditioning. laundry was outside and scary to use at night

there is also a full kitchen which we didn't need the use of as we only stayed one night

the hotel has a big and good pool, an adjacent beach, clean and quiet

the pool and hot tub were so much fun, as was the view of the beach

the pool was amazing and the beach was uncrowded, with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas

the massages at the spa weren’t the best

they had a nice pool & even a spa too

my husband tried to surprise me with a massage with their spa services and after 3 days trying still never got a call to get one scheduled for my birthday

there is also a spa where you can have a massage on the beach

housekeeping was extremely poor and gym was undesirable

the fact it didn’t have free breakfast or lotion and toothpaste was a little disappointing

the breakfast was very good. i think it could have been a little more reasonable with the price.

i did our laundry when we were there and the machines worked very

the kitchen staff who keeps the breakfast buffet moving & hot

from next door restaurant music practically all day made being by the pool unpleasant and as a result we did not use it

3 pools.all.different temps. traveling with kids must stay in lofts. great

the pool is great, staff is wonderful, walking distance to lots of things

accommodating, front desk,made the experience wonderful, very professional, lets not forget the pool attendant, another asset to this quaint cool new style hotel

there was one thing i had to complain about, it would be the number of kids

also had a shortage of towels for beach/pool use

liked the bar and the location of the resort.

wish the menu by the pool had more variety especially for kids

the tv in our room didn't work which made it a little difficult for the kids and i to unwind.
