pool is small (but nice) due to limited city space

were no fridge and microwave in our room which could be a problem when travelling with small kids, but we only

wifi dead spot in the business center.

the parking situation is complicated, but manageable.

staff friendliness, very clean room just hated not having a hot breakfast( coronavirus)

got stuffy; bistro has fairly limited menu and only one other restaurant is in walking distance; gym had two

breakfast was exceptional got to pick from the menu and it was cooked perfectly

people playing football and kids screaming in the pool

instead, we got a second floor with palm trees in a parking lot

i like that they have a bistro with a bar

enjoyed the tiki bar and the breakfast was more than i expected

seen in bathroom access to shower difficult with door opening inward musty smell in room and no room service

our kids loved the salt water pool

the pet fee was the highest of any hotel we stayed in, all of which were of the same caliber hotels

as well as rearrange poolside furniture (left all over the place by patrons, specially those with kids)

the wifi didn't work

parking was an issue, there were 4 assigned spaces, and one day we could not park there

comfort, kitchen supplies, large rooms made it comfortable and could play board games with kids

they granted us a late check out of 11 am

we were able to walk right across to the beach and my children had a lot of fun in the swimming pool

with all that being said, we will stay again because it's one of the few that are pet friendly

could not enjoy the pool since there was 15 kids jumping and screaming, parents were in the bar and could not

crumbs in the rug $28 resort fee, only used the wifi

breakfast was room service for me it was good but i guess should have more options

also better service in bar and outside ,first day we had to wait at least 15 minutes before we were ask if we
