wifi was down but there had been a leek and i could hotspot from my phone so it wasn't a problem

is my second stay this summer, and i find the wifi terrible, the breakfast is a bit on the greasy-spoon side, and my previous room on the ground

their website showed pizza night but when we turned up with kids, we were told it hadn t started yet so we had to order food off the al a carte menu which

were very helpful and arranged an early check in for us as we were attending a wedding

combination was great, parking was good, staff were amazing, food selection and also they offer gin in the room which is

free wifi too

there was visible mould on kids room windows

we used the gym facilities, which is connected to a large open terrace

it was close proximity to hankley common golf course - the main reason for my visit to surrey

wasn’t great the fish was swimming in so much oil i couldn’t eat it breakfast was ok but the eggs were burnt

they have a 24 hour bar which just made it even more perfect

especially loved the alarm on the door so if the kids got up and tried to escape in the night it would go off

instead they upgraded my room to a massive four poster bed with a larger en-suite bath with spa jets

real ale in the bar obviously does not sell very well as the pint i had was vinegar.

it was so hot and on the first night very noisy. i think we mist have been above the bar there.

parking can be a little difficult on busy nights as people visit the pub

despite being above the bar had a very peaceful nights sleep

room was above the inn's bar and is pretty noisy on wed night happy hours which likely ends at 11pm

new gym is amazing

wifi not excellent, and some of the rooms don't have as nice a view as others (i stayed in two (-)wifi could have been better. bit annoying always having to get separate keys for the gym/pool. (+) great wifi & so quiet (-)the wifi needs updating/strengthening, but this didn't spoil our stay. (+) the wifi was fine, thankfully as our 4g was a bit patchy (-)wifi pedestrian - a crowded in the pool/spa area (+) only thing that the staff did not explain everything at the checking like the wifi , gym, how to access the pool and till what time rest was a good experience (-)wifi was really poor (-)wifi wasn't amazing. facilities perhaps a little tired in the rooms. (-) there was no hotel manual, so no info on how to log into wifi, when breakfast was etc (+)location with large bedrooms and good wifi
