was tiny, no privacy, right next to pool, tiny patio had no privacy and faced the pool, hardly a water view and disappointing

we were so impressed by the level of attention paid to guests- and the pool service particularly stood out as unique in greenport

in the winter bar hours were ridiculous , restaurant had no variety of dishes for all tastes (kids

spread, really no customer service on the beach or at the tiki bar and in general just young kids on the working the property with not really hotel management people around

however in front of the view is a larger warehouse which completely obstructs all views from the pool and property

a grab bar for the tub/shower.

they helped arrange their shuttle for us to take to a select number of restaurants

the service desk wouldn t let us rent bicycles with sandals on but then we watched 3 kids leave the hotel on bikes one with no shoes and 2 with flip flops

they allow outsiders into the pools and jacuzzi- on a weekend off season we expected a couple of kids not area moms driving up with carloads of kids

the massage was good and the spa is relaxing.

the entire property is a dream, so many trees, and a nice heated pool

went during the winter but will return in summer to use the nice pool on the property

with a great breakfast option of fresh bagels and good strong coffee

quality shows throughout this inn, from amenities to choice linens, and breakfast selections

they welcomed my well behave puppy but there is a pet fee

continental breakfast could be better, but it was not a big deal being the room had a cook top & everything

liked the fact that the room had kitchenette and cooking stuff you could use if you decided to cook your own food

free parking passes to the beach and the canoe and kayak were a lot of fun

bikes, kayaks , rowboats, fishing dock, clubhouse, the gym, and salt water pool were amazing
