water takes awhile to heat up (not a super big deal i get it) and maybe a different option for breakfast for vegan lovers (+)to relax and unwind with your loved one with amazing views super friendly staff great continental breakfast with cute presentation will definitely return for another visit and yes this hidden gem (+)everything!! location, rooms, staff, breakfast. (+)everything s just special, staff, location, breakfast; any complaints. (+) we love the (free) light breakfast offered at the cabana (and some fruit/snacks thru the day) as well as the additional (+) breakfast was a nice touch to the end of our stay (+) spectacular water views and service was amazing with breakfast being delivered outside the front door (+)quaint and beautiful spot right on the water, our room was perfect and spacious and the breakfast was a really nice touch (+) nice breakfast basket in the morning (+)i loved the location and the cute breakfast baskets.

overall poor amenities for 5 star resort - no bar, no restaurant, no room service, no lobby area

tv connection didn t work because of wifi connection at hotel

very cozy little cabins with their own porches and hammocks. the pool was well maintained

noise from sprinklers was intrusive. kettle didn't work v well and wifi a bit temperamental

parking by the rooms was a little tight so i would advise backing in if you can for easy pulling

right on the bay, with a pool, canoe/kayaks and bikes

was wonderful great room & club house water view & pool area nice had a fantastic stay & would definitely go

while there was a kitchen table there were no other tables near couch so i had to use kitchen chairs as tables

the parking lot was between our front door and the property's pool which was also super clean and had lots of lounge chairs

location because it is a beautiful area with private beach and pool

they have a nice pool and the location its close to the beach and the city

beautiful garden setting. nice pool for a swim. owner very helpful on finding restaurants.

the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of greenport

the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out
