that the hand soap was in a pump bottle on the wall next to the sink and was hard for my younger kids to reach

outside that, despite having the bar closed, we were able to utilize to have a meal with the kids as well as sit, enjoy a few drinks and relax

1 elevator working, couldn't get rooms next to or across from each other (we had 3 rooms with kids under 18) and the front entrance to the pool area card reader was not working

not enough help at the bar on saturday night. people could get served in time and walked away

light was broken when we got there late at night with two kids and brushed in a dark

very nice staff. bar downstairs with good size wine ours that you could take to your room!!

the staff were professional, the super early check in was just what i needed after a 5 hour drive

not only did i have trouble putting my kids to sleep but they also were awakened at 6am with the bright sun

on site was phenomenal, we needed up eating most of our meals at the restaurant and with room service after long days at universal studios and disney

the only options are the front yard, which is a nice restaurant, or room service

room was clean and comfortable with excellent wifi, and the restaurant next door

location, great amenities including laundry, great swimming pool area and the free shuttle to universal was a nice

the sheet given to us at reception with the wifi code and map just didn't have enough information for people who have never stayed there before
