the indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were great.

also the coppertop bar closed at 5, and the other bar was closed 2 days we were there

also, the only plug that i could use my hairdryer on was the kitchen plug

i know they have a communications kitchen but my room had a kitchenette but no microwave only sink and coffee maker

neat place. we stayed in a container room. loved the shared kitchen.

the bar is a great spot to meet other travellers or even some locals with multiple other areas to sit

the place is super nice, modern and clean, the bar and the jacuzzi are a nice addition

didn’t get to use the bar or lounge at night

resort was labeled as a spa but it had 2 small hot tubs that were completely full of college kids on their winter ski trips

for a rental car, food was great, rooms were great, we were skiing so the spa was useful and the gym though outdated had everything i needed

only complaint i had was there was no parking at the actual hotel, we had to park a couple blocks away

only thing we didn t care for was lack of designated parking.

was under major construction no notice , no lobby, no pool, limited elevator, no restaurants, no bar, construction outside our room 715 am to 745 pm

hotel is being remodeled and the pool, dining room, main entrance were closed

the room was well decorated and king bed was comfortable. we enjoyed our pool time as well

not really, the hotel is great! maybe the pool gets busy but i believe is normal for summer.

the front desk were so busy, they barely replied to any questions

their shuttle service to vail village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm

the regular shuttle runs into vail were very useful and helped compensate for the remote location

our room had a kitchenette and living room space , so overall very spacious

love the attention from the moment we walked in, to the shuttle service, n bar/food service
