is perfect, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was delicious, the facility pool and spa is great, and the room very comfortable

ice machines and room service was not responsive to our requests on a timely basis

well a group of eight kids all under twelve were running around using all the hot tubs and pool plus being loud

if i wanted to head over to lionshead i could hop on a free shuttle bus to take me there

highly recommend their spa and restaurants

i really liked the spa in general-- i had a massage with leo, which was wonderful, and i enjoyed the spa facilities

also should have plastic wine glasses for the pool area

hotel is being remodeled and the pool, dining room, main entrance were closed

that you should probably reserve the spa when you reserve the hotel!
