the staff at the restaurant and bar area were awesome
this hotel was absolutely beautiful. the room service staff was so very polite and helpful.
ordered room service which seemed alittle over priced.
are still working out the kinks with room service because it was very hard to get ahold of someone to get food

it smelled and kids was running in the hall way
good location, free breakfast, safety is priority and workers are friendly
a birthday party at the indoor pool with at 25 kids and more adults
it was very clean and most of the staff was very nice and helpful. breakfast was good!
train was noisier than we’d like and at 2 am in the morning, the people above had kids jumping on the floor at 2am which isn’t really the hotels fault, it’s just annoying
