also, we were allowed an early check in, which was swell after having been in the car for six hours

asked for an early check in months in advance and this wasn't accommodated

called the number and got a late check out, which was granted upon request

early check in was available as was bag holding until my flight that evening which was great

kitchen could’ve been cleaner (dust on stovetop, cobwebs on light fixtures) but we didn’t cook

you have most of the conveniences of home with each unit having its own kitchen

position, quiet, very friendly staff well equipped full kitchen and large fridge

loved the beautiful courtyard and 4th floor patio loved the size and amenities in the room/ whole kitchen

having access to my own kitchen. lovely cosy robes. comfy bed.

the lobby was awesome and my kids loved learning to play pool & the fun drinks

the decor, vibe, staff, comfortable bed, the food at bar and location to vanderbilt

not for kids, but it’s a great stay for 21+

options were really limited and while it was tasty, it took forever (server at the bar cooking an egg and bacon bagel on a tiny griddle for each guest)

the staff were all very friendly and helpful and accommodating with our early check in and late check outs

and will never ever book a room at this establishment anymore i booked the room for me and my kids

no pool

other places i have stayed they had a pool but for the size and price we can find other activities

location, accommodation, staff, gym and the shuttle were amazing.

restaurant and live music, exercise equipment and outdoor pool in the

breakfast room service was fine.

you have to pay for breakfast.

there was no access to the gym!

a birthday party at the indoor pool with at 25 kids and more adults

staff were all excellent. the shuttle drivers were superb. breakfast was fantastic.

they weren’t able to prepare their usual breakfast

train was noisier than we’d like and at 2 am in the morning, the people above had kids jumping on the floor at 2am which isn’t really the hotels fault, it’s just annoying

was clean, comfortable, staff was pleasant, and it had a decent gym

the pool is very clean and big

free breakfast was good and kitchen staff excellent

far from great - had to move a bed and found a very old half eaten cookie, a dirty tissue and a kids toy underneath

and it s like a hotel dumped in the middle of the parking lot , i asked repeatedly for room service needed a new comforter cause it had moth holes in it they changed the sheets but still

the laundry for guests, mainly the dryers, need to be looked into

the hotel was comfortable, had a very good breakfast and i was able to use the gym facilities

the breakfast was amazing and more that what i expected
