arrived late so we called to see if they had a shuttle as it said it the website

made elevator service pretty slow and with luggage and kids it wasn't the best

the warm cookies was a great touch and the gym was excellent

free shuttle stopped running and we had to get an uber for 65 dollars we also had breakfast included

decides to descale their pool and close it for a whole weekend

pool was nice the starbucks was nice

pool was under construction, there was nothing indicating this when i booked

very clean rooms. close to the hifhway free parking

smelled like paint and damp , ac didn t work well , construction ongoing , bar closed

no bar or room

no hot tub and the indoor pool room was too cold.

we enjoy the pool even know the water was way too cold

had 2 conferences going on so room service was over an hour wait

got hit on the head with a football by a disrespectful kids and parents playing in the pool, i had told the

hotel itself was clean, the gym and grounds were impressive, and the location was fantastic

there was no hotel shuttle to airport which made the cost of the stay more than we were expecting

the only thing that would have made this hotel better would be a free breakfast!

front desk carolyn was very rude to our kids

the breakfast

was a pool party that lasted well after 10pm and the sign at the front desk stated quite time started at

the facility was dirty and not what was advertised. no working wifi and trash everywhere.

really disappointed, we choose this hotel because we need big rooms and including breakfast, but when we arrive

wonderful hotel and golf club, very bad quality restorant law at the facility.

as hot tea & lemon/cucumber water was not available in the spa, extra blankets in the room, mini bar was not

of the things that i truly enjoy about spending summer holidays here is the pool experience

no protein shakes were available at the gym or even at the pool side

i upgraded to the breakfast package but had to call for them to remove that charge a day

the kitchen was nice

the room was bigger than expected. loved the kitchen and layout. the pool was cute too.
