pool was nice

the bar staff was slow.

gym could do with a multi gym machine as there is room. but weights rack is good.

i loved the location of my room and the easy access to the pool.

had 2 conferences going on so room service was over an hour wait

got hit on the head with a football by a disrespectful kids and parents playing in the pool, i had told the waitress and didn t do anything about it,

they had complimentary massages in the lobby area, my kids were given little bags with coloring books at check in, the staff at the pool provided

service and food in bar were outstanding!

our room overlooked the canal and our kids loved the view

from the valet , check in , coffee shop, restaurants , pool to room service , everyone was professional and friendly

room service on request is great

we cancelled the order , went to the bar ordered something, she saw that , immediately

been cleaned in months(no one wanted to take a shower) carpet coming up-felt damp, smelled like a gym locker room

wasn’t anything,i really liked a suite,we travel with young kids having the suite was great

we end up letting our kids sleep with us

no bar or breakfast which i pray soon it will open over all they need to make sure any group kids be well maintain by adults our last night was so damn noisy and kids was wild

my kids enjoyed the pool
