the pool and love the room

the pool didn't work

hit the pool until they were finished

pool was fantastic, room was exceptional and value was awesome

the pool on site was nice

great breakfast

nice room, nice gym, and we much appreciated the refrigerator in the room.

had laundry facilities

(except for room service) (+)in the middle of dallas. big room room service (-) room service appeared to be available only for breakfast (-) i did not prefer to order room service nor usea credit card for the vending machine on my floor (+) i ordered room service and they were so nice (-) i stayed on the15th floor and someone left room service outside the room and no staff member picked it up (-)ordered room service and a big was found in my drink. (-)room service knocking on the door asking us what time we were checking out. (-) room service food was extremely salty (-) room service was expensive and food was very expensive

but it's a good thing for it to be shaded if you have kids

guest but being in a 5 star hotel requieres special requests from thier guest a milkshake on room service is nothing that hard to comply sadly they don't have milkshakes for bb meal or

they do not have a laundry service, but got housekeeping to wash clothes for us (enough for 3 days)

from valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything negative

that the speakeasy bar isn’t open at all times.

nice party vibe at night at thier bar , nice pool on the 16th floor , they have a fitness center and spa

friendly staff and the bar area was fun!!

the later check out times, love the well equipped fitness center, love the pillows and the beds-so

wet bar pool closed at 7pm & the pool closed at 8pm

king size beds are amazing as well as the pool on the 16th floor

had short stay, overall nice , there is a fridge and microwave, which is nice when you are with kids

reservations super early in the bar so there were 10 tables reserved and empty for hours

i might as well say all the rooms the gym the pool the gardens all was fantastic

a/c was noisy. pool was being renovated which was disappointing. expensive, but very nice!
