a golf cart or similar vehicle could be used to get the customers luggage back to the hotel and up to

convenient location, ease of parking, fast and easy check-in, very clean.

we liked the bar and fire pits in the evening.

could not relax in hot tub due to so many kids

really enjoyed the spa services (couples massage) and the adult pool area

option for an early checkin when you are using spa services

pet friendly, very welcoming staff, and understanding of unexpected problem

would liked to have had better lighting for alternate parking area.

the parking--well, you can't beat free parking next to the building

but wish they offered cruise parking

paid for parking when we didn't need to. breakfast was a little disappointing, but not that bad.

the lady in the morning was not, i called about a late check out because we fell asleep again and she flat out

laundry or washing service/facilities

wifi non existent in our room. breakfast tasty but boring. extra charge to park. cheapo tissues.

unfortunately the wifi wasnt working in our room only in the first floor outside.

like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

excellent value. great free breakfast. reliable wifi. cozy comforter. all good!

pool is pretty small for such a large facility

the sausage at breakfast wasn't that good.

breakfast was absolutely amazing the architecture and design of the building was breathtaking and
