the staff was very friendly, helping me find the laundry and showing me a stairs to shorten my journey and bring additional hangers

the hotel is clean and the pool is amazing (and that is far outshadowed by the amazing experience) was that the hot tub by the infinity pool (the closest to our room) wasn't working properly and wasn't hot (+) the food was great and the pools were quite fun (-) we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from (+) really liked having towels at your disposal at all the pool areas (+) a pool almost at every building

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

parking a little tough given hillside location, but flat area across the road works.

what isn’t there to like about this resort it has it all including water rides, golf, a boat to an island called palomino island and spectacular ocean views a no brainer a must go
