the pool is a nice size and perfectly located for the sun

i reserved an ocean view king kitchenette

they charge you $15 a day for wifi, parking and breakfast, whether you use these things or not

the remodel, tasty breakfast and location

the kitchenette served us well. nice size refrigerator for our food and beverages.

check in was a breeze and parking right there

a parking spot in front of the room is great

outside your room you can hear the entire conversation and when people drive in and out of their parking spots

cute surf-themed decor, plenty of space with dinette set and decent-sized kitchenette

how clean and beachy the room was, close access to the beach, ample parking immediately in front of the room,

exceptional breakfast and friendly, accommodating host.

the breakfast was outstanding

i noticed the other guests with pets also had dog food that needed refrigeration, so the little patio fridge

the parking was a little tight but it wasn t a problem

the breakfast was delicious and healthy, prepared by chef

the kitchenette is nice for extended stays, which i'll keep in mind for the future

parking and a drive up to the charming exterior were pleasant beginnings to our stay

dedicated parking spots, and the host was very responsive - especially during the busy weekend

the room i had was perfect for an adult and pet

the parking, only bring one car :)

size of the pool and pool area is way to small for this resort

had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs a week before staying

small pool

tiny pool overpriced

excellent breakfast and cold pressed juices

with my kids especially

the golf course is great, even if you just want to take a walk

the price is on the high side pool is on the small side

beautiful landscapes and amenities--pools, hot tubs, water slides & splash pad for the kids, tennis courts, and

the pool is so much fin for the kids and the poolside cafe has some great tasting food

the price of the room service was really high, to high and when we received it was cold

pool and kids club on premise

kids loved the swimming pool.

small gym

spa was unremarkable and overpriced. restaurants unremarkable and overpriced

beautiful well maintained grounds - nice pool area - tasty breakfast and very good lobby restaurant food -

beds were too soft not healthy for the back. breakfast needs improvement

at the pool bar and grill was a little bit of a let down but everything else about the resort makes up for it

the inclusive breakfast is rich, and the omelette is exceptionally tasty

cost of golf for guests is too high.

it has a gateway pool and restaurant

no room service and the nightly rate was too high.

we ended up staying up late so i didn't call down to room service to complain

we called repeatedly for room service and no one answered

the gym is small.

there is only one restaurant on the property (all bar food), and no room service

the food from the bar is not that great

the room and pool area were great.

i booked here because they were pet friendly, staff was not particularly pet friendly and charged us on the

you don t get room service or housekeeping service every day.

we loved the pool area too

phone didn t have option to call front desk. no room service

pool and hot tub were lovely

we did not have breakfast there

the pool area had trash strewn about. the noise between rooms could use some remediation.

asked for inside room looking at pool but location of room was disappointing

nice breakfast option in the morning

a complaint about the property: the wifi logs you out every 24 hours, so you if people send you emails or

oh and also the wifi was weak

being on 1st floor kids upstairs were very busy and noisy.

the restaurant serves a very good all you can eat breakfast at a very reasonable price which the family really

like the pool area for kids and activities

location, staff, cleanliness, organized, full kitchen, laundry, two bedroom, everything was great

our room was beautiful and close to the pool

it's was clean and comfortable. the pool with the water slide was great for the kids.

lifeguard watching the slide could have been more attentive to the kids, not on his phone.

great location, very clean, bartender and room service personnel were exceptional.

kids pool was closed on july 4.

when the kids would have been able to use the slide, they could not because no one bothered to fill the

you can hear kids running during the day

rooms were newly decorated and very clean, kitchen had all of the necessary amenities and beds were really

no motorcycle parking

coming here for the last 6 years with my kids and grandkids and we love it

they also had laundry facilities for guests to use

had to chase for room service, but they sorted it promptly

we like the suite style resort that comes with a kitchen.

pools were fantastic and spacious and the food from the bar and grill was tasty and quickly prepared

the best part was the pool area with hammocks, large couch like chairs, a fire pit, three jacuzzis and games

we stayed in a one bedroom with full on kitchen, balcony and spacious bathroom

rooms are in a parking lot

don t miss the very high quality 27 holes golf and fitness center

easy parking and quiet

hotel is on a golf course, with access to beautiful pool and fitness center that are part of property, as well

location was perfect for us and my sons loved the pool and splash pad

location and pool

proximity to beach, sam driving the golf cart to the beach was excellent, relaxing pool and lobby, coffee bar

is a fabulous place to stay, the pool is a little small for the size of the resort, but they have transportation

pool was perfect. room was spotless. restaurant for dinner was fabulous!

spa was a little disappointing

location on the lake, great pool facilities, parking, wifi and rooms

didn't love our view of the parking lot

loved the lakeside dining and bar area

is outdated (gym and a weird odor in the rooms) and felt almost like a very nice motel

pool closed saturday night due to wedding event.

the room is excellent, great little kitchen-like area

hotel laundry is in a square building in the parking lot

room service was not available, but it was a short walk to their cafe.

great location and the rooms come with a small kitchen. ocean view.

pool is nice size and hot tub was open

gym could use some love (lighting and water cooler) but seriously, why get on a cardio machine when

the location and the spa services.

little breakfast cafe to walk to you and beautiful setting

the bar and restaurant was not open for lunch, just breakfast and dinner.

bar music in the evening

to check in, check out, do laundry, bunch of places to eat down the street and a grocery store

they have a pool and a laundry room

wifi did not work

the pool was tiny and parking fills up fast. not huge deal breakers.

most important, we loved that this establishment is pet free, that is the main reason we chose to stay

covered parking

safe, free parking was huge

enjoyed all the amenities including breakfast, parking that s included in the hotel stay, location and the

we had the pool and jacuzzis to ourself. it was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

room with comfy king bed ocean and pool view with a nice balcony

breakfast grab and go items were very nice

comfy bed, sheets, pillows. lovely view of pool & ocean.

the pool/beach concierge is another fantastic touch as they'll setup your

cozy living room, tv with all streaming services, full kitchen, free bike rentals and comfy beds for a good

stay - wonderful bedroom, cozy living-room, the kitchen has all you need, there are surfboards and bikes to rent

even though the property is on pch, the rooms are very well insulated and you can’t hear a thing

no laundry on-site

beach gear and bikes are provided along with a very reasonable laundry service

was slow - literally 1-2 hours waiting for room service and other requests

classical room and good for kids(skating, event)

no refills on ice tea at the pool. each ice tea cost $5 and they never mentioned it.

spa, cleanliness, service, food, breakfast area, bar, golf club, lap swimming pool

the robot wasn t operating, also it was promoting room service

there is no spa (and in the pictures there is a spa).

the bar down stairs was awesome. but we didn't like that it was close on sunday's.

convenient and quiet. good for a couple of nights. laundry facilities were clean and useful.

few people hanging out in the parking area

hotel room wifi did not work in the breakfast room though it worked in the hotel room

didn t make sure that our personal belongings weren t in the bedding when they took it for laundry

great location. the pool area was great to hang around in. always had a great parking spot.

amazing location, free laundry use, balcony, ready to go apps on tv

well appointed with all amenities, kitchen and all

the kitchen set up nice but the corner of cabinet where you reach for fridge to open is very unsafe

unit was perfect size as well and was nice to have kitchen/living room/balcony vs just being in a hotel room

i was able to get an early check in with no problem

spa food friendly snd helpful service especially brian and cody from the valet services

feel as though you are up in the mountains at an older property, but the rooms are spacious, the pool is heated

the next day, we opted to have room service bring us lunch to our room

world class golf and one of the best cheeseburgers ever at the grill

the location is beautiful, the golf course was a 10 and our room was big with a huge patio

we were right on the golf course along the california coast

wifi not compatible with my phone, lost my reservation, noisy at night, expensive food/drink, hotel

view from the room was incredible, ocean and golf course view made for an exceptional sunset

we didn't like that there is actually a room service delivery fee on top of the outrageous prices for a

heated pool, outside games, breakfast, complimentary drink

gym could use a universal weight or cable/pulley system, some workout mats

wish there was more daily variety with the breakfast

great room. great location! rooftop pool and spa was fun!

new build is going up in front of it, going to end the view other than from the rooftop pool probably

location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast it was especially nice to see spinach available in the

the room service options were limited and the food was a little disappointing.

it is a new hotel with a pool on the roof. kids like to play it.

location, roof top pool and room with full ocean view.

the roof bar is a kids zone no

it offered so much, food, service, nice pool with a great view and a cool bar on top

rooftop pool was great but seating or space to put stuff down was limited especially for a family

rooftop bar had gorgeous views during sunset

the welcome drink on the rooftop bar and welcome coffee at the cafe downstairs were a nice touch

love the location it s convenient that it s there s a bar upstairs there s a restaurant downstairs

the upstairs had a bar the downstairs had a restaurant

there was at least one usb outlet/plug for phone charging and wish we stayed on a day the oyster bar was open

the laundry room soap vending machine does not work so i had to do laundry without

free hot breakfast, friendly staff.

unfortunately the pool was being remodeled so we weren t able to enjoy it, but we will be back

the wifi signal strength and network speed were slower than expected

gym left a lot to be desired
