let the management know that the pool area and gym facility needed some help, but it was father’s day weekend

it was really close to the zoo and the kids loved the pool

the spa tub was fantastic

room had a nice spa tub in it which was perfect to retreat to after getting massages downstairs

resolve this issue and was pretty happy of how they handled the situation, other than that this spa is 10/10

the spa was under construction/getting repairs so we weren't able to use it (so felt like we got a

booked the dream spa suite and it was so wonderful

it included a danish, muffin, yogurt, fruit, granola bar and water

i enjoyed using the gym but would like to see more stationary bikes in case it gets busy

the facility has everything you need: free parking (accomadated 2 vehicles), gym, free breakfast/coffee at all times

everything was great including the pool which i didn't even know was there so that was a great bonus

overall everything was great! gym, pool, room and the cool snack room shop.

i had to walk to the front and asked for towels and was guided to a room full of laundry and was asked to pick my towels out

the staff are always very respectful and friendly, with a pool/spa as a bonus

the room was clean. no pet fee.

right outside our door to the left was the elevator and laundry room and the hall smelt like urine

the price was right. the room was great and the breakfast super! thanks.

fitness center had no weights. just basic cardio machinery.
