i enjoyed using the gym but would like to see more stationary bikes in case it gets busy

hotel offered to switch us to another room but the only other room available was farther from the pool and entrance where the snacks, water and breakfast were located

and the pictures of the gym and swimming pool are very enticing but they don't tell you you cannot use them because of

the laundry room was broken. the washer for the whole place broke. so all donis dry

charging pet fee for each of my 5 lb dogs. no need for that

no pool, no elevator… no seats to sit outside and have a ciggy.

not that it was bad cuz shoot it was included but breakfast could have used some seasoning

excellent breakfast, easy freeway access, lots of fenced parking, pleasant and helpful staff.

desk staff were very friendly, 24 hour fitness centre access, bed was very comfortable

room, very clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast, laundry room ($3 wash, $2 tumble

were 5 washers and 4 driers in the guest laundry and only 3 washers and 1 dryer were working

the spa tub was fantastic

room had a nice spa tub in it which was perfect to retreat to after getting massages downstairs

that we couldn't really enjoy our stay. and experiences the spa services.

i was not sure how to access the spa services, i didn’t know meals were an option.

i loved the spa tub and the fireplace!
