staff were friendly, dinner and breakfast was excellent

early check in was great for young family

our room over looking kitchen but can't complain really as it was discounted

the biggest flaw in this hotel is the kitchen

it was all very relaxed and made super-easy with our dog in the bar area

stairs in our room to top room few little accidents we had on them with our kids and the price of accommodation you'd think softplay would be free like the pool access was but

nice with coffee, tea etc in the room and the kids enjoyed the milk and cookies delivered to the room

good choice of breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms really good

the fact that you had to walk outside if going to swimming or gym, especially embarrassing if you are in the gowns provided in rooms
