we took advantage of the pool, and pictures on website don’t do it justice for just how beautiful it truly is

very slow service at the bar and bistro

restaurant and bar are not open yet, but the facility is gorgeous

we especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool and the spa facilities

bar food menu; no proper dinner nor room service

indoor and outdoor heated pools. s’mores, golf, many children and adult activities on site.

everything you needed to make a meal right in the kitchen

the whole place was very well maintained, lazy river and temperature controlled outdoor pool were amazing

we were impressed by the fully stocked kitchen and abundance of towels

the only bench was too far away from him near the bar by the pool

room service all shops closed and game room not good choices for food pools were cold but

the kids really loved the amenities like the lazy river, water slide, hot tub, donuts, etc

the family friendly environment, and the lazy river pool is the best part about this resort.

service at charlie s long bar was slow and poor for lunch

the kids loved the pool and the option to have s'more in a camp fire

pool area is really nice

location - it was very close to the golf course i wanted to play.

they had very friendly staff and a great pool area.

i would have loved to spend some time with my kids in the pool, they should initiate the pool hours at 8am for those that check in

and also the swim up bar would be cool atleast during the weekend

the pool was nice and big and had swim up bar but only on fridays

room service never came to clean my room

it irritated my kids skin and the chlorine fumes were extremely strong to the point of having to leave after 10

only thing i did not like was the wifi was not secured so used my phone as a hotspot
