feel like the place is overpriced, they put us in the lower level were they do laundry etc, it smelled so weird

loved the lazy river and the setting. the room was very clean. great gym. comfy bed.

were clean and well kept environment was excellent beautiful lazy river, welk kept gym and family areas

full kitchen, dining room and livingroom and 25 foot balcony with 6 patio chairs and a table

- we didn't come for the wifi, but wifi around the hotel was choppy/poor

the lazy river/pool was dirty, no room service or spa available.

maybe we missed them, but we had to walk out of the waterpark and either go to the gym area or pavillion

the pre-mixed drinks at the river bar on the lazy river were awful.

i needed a nice room with good room service

i didn't get to use pool or gym due to corona

breakfast was very good everyday- an added bonus when you are trying to get to base quickly

onsite laundry was great

no wifi connections, bathroom needs repairs/update

the staff at check-in, breakfasts, the room, drinks at the bar in the evening, and check-out

security patrolling the parking lot in evening was nice

the bed was great and kitchen.

they are pet friendly

there is no complementary breakfast

even though covid prevented the use of the indoor pool and hot tub, they kicked in free prepackaged breakfast

asked what time the bar closed and the girl at the front desk said 10:00pm

out was for 12, room service knocked on the door at 1030 i didn t answer so they came in

our room had a door to the bedroom which was nice so we had some privacy from the kids who slept on the sofa

pool outdoors and not heated...

missed having a quick breakfast it was not included. room service personnel were rude.

the staff members. front desk, and the bar both ladies were wonderful, and kind.
