wish the place had a pool, but besides that all was well

everything, nice place to stay very clean with full amenities incluing laundry in every suite

our room had 3 bedrooms and a big living space, kitchen, pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

kitchen was more equipped than i thought it would be - a great surprise

it was also very useful to have our own laundry

it would have been better if there's a road sign showing the parking lot to this inn

there were mosquitos in the bathtub from the time i checked in and even after room service came in to clean the room

we had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed the pool and spa

indoor pool was awkward to get to from our block in the complex - but was fine when you got there

and it was kind of annoying to have to go into the parkade to go from our suite to the lobby or pool or to the bow part where our family was

gym facility was lacking. no restaurant on site, only a small cafe/shop.

the hotel also has lots of facilities like a pool, hot tub, spa, gym

rooms were clean, wifi was available in all areas. restaurant was good value

beds were lovely fresh clean and comfortable we also liked the spa and pool , lovely quiet, facilities were nice

wanted quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi one evening, but there were young kids splashing around

also, we could hear kids screaming outside while playing at the pool late in the evening

the kind man that showed us the pool area made a comment about “being the new kids on the block” and later on our response is they are about to be the “only kid on the

we were fortunate in getting a spot near our room away from the bar entrance which we were told can get loud

reastaurent and the bar is close by

liked the kitchen in the room - large fridge, stove, very clean

hot tub was awesome and it was nice having laundry facilities onsite (and reasonably priced)

room had a fully equipped kitchen, close to supermarkets, helpful staff, laundry facilities and was located in canmore which has so much outdoor opportunities going for

a pool and slide for the kids and possibly a hot tub would have made the trip amazing

for instance the laundry machines were both out of service at a time when i needed them most (after a 3 day mountain

there are two giant washing machines and tumble dryers in the onsite coin operated laundry facilities which work brilliantly and are low cost to use

the gym should have dumbbells, the ventilation is super noisy in the hallway.
