the breakfast at the mill was plentiful & delicious

individual accommodation units and stunning bar and restaurant in idyllic surroundings

setting with a waterfall backdrop to enjoy while having a top class dinner and with two beautiful bar areas to enjoy an after dinner drink

staff were excellent particularly the young bar and waiting staff

my only little dislike was the bar wasn't very comfortable. i think the layout could be better.

on last day b4 i handed in key early room service in and emptied room

partner and i requested an early check in on arrival as she was feeling unwell

they were a family with young kids

gym in the basement was ugly

the gym is in the basement and has old machines, not very appealing.

wifi was not very good, shower wasn t very warm.

hotel was great and the perfect location with ample parking

is massive it has several sitting lounges, several restaurants, acres and acres of grounds, a gym, spa, pool, etc etc

good quality gym but better than that a 3 km and 6km running paths

was to be say anything negative it was maybe the attention could have been more from waiting and bar staff in the carriage

to the high standards related to beer drinking in germany, possibly the turnover at the hotel bar isn’t sufficient - both myself and my irish friend felt the beer was slightly flat

quibble that the bar was closed when we arrived back after the concert - but it was midweek so

the family room is huge and the kids had more than enough room to run about and play

room service was on time breakfast was lovely, room was very comfortable and met the requirements

we had a few drinks in the bar again, bar staff were lovely and the drinks were great too

(+) we were able to have our breakfast brought to us as room service for no additional fee (-)to order room service at midnight as we had walked back from ed sheeran concert (-)sure lounge/restaurant was unavailable for dinner on friday, december 7; therefore, we ordered room service (+)tastefully decorated, comfortable with excellent room service and close to all amenities, 5 min walk into temple bar or restaurants
