seat was broken 2-light over the coffee bar in our room was out 3-sheets & pillow cases were clean but the pillows had a smell of sweat on

i ask a extra 2towel cause i have 2kids with me i already told her i have kids with me to the cleaning lady on the hallway she told me

the gym did not have wipes or sanitizer, ran out of cups for water, old torn yoga mats

n/a breakfast wasn’t included.

i liked how there was a pool.

because we were getting too many pancakes we were taking the plate upstairs to the room to the kids

the evening lady was even rude to my kids when they tried to get a

morning as the construction crew and punctured the water line to the rv park

wifi was not very stable during evening time

upset because on saturday night between 8 - 11 pm you had party in the garden next to the pool and the music was excessively loud and we could not rest/sleep

the pool was clean and beautiful

we got contradictory information from staff regarding wifi, parking, etc

only poor quality experience we had was in the bar

gym was being remodeled but the hikes around the property made up fir that.

we had a super private suite

we ended up ordering room service instead, but by that time, it was nearly 9:30p and we were beyond frustrated

and you are greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping, to the pool staff

christian the bar tender is the man

we can borrow beach towels and beach toys for kids at the reception and my kids were super happy to play with them

don't have a pool but they have a jacuzzi

there is also another sweet spacious lit up lawn area behind the inn for kids and dogs to run around, or to retreat with your partner in the tucked away loveseats around

the staff were kind and they allowed us a early check in which was very kind of them

there is no spa on site and there is no gym on site

the staff so nice and the restaurant and bar are excellent

you have jet lag like we did and are awake at 4am it would've been nice to be able to get more room service/breakfast

view was great, price good in comparison to other malibu hotels, had a nice pool, three minutes drive away from surf rider beach and nice restaurants at malibu country mart
