the bar area closed early.....only pool area available after 12pm

little touches stood out like not charging for wifi and safe which other places do, also fan, shower gel, soap

only thing was that the wifi did not work in certain areas of our room

at bar maybe need more staff and the restaurant should definitely have a self service for drinks as

plenty of facilities it had pool tables tennis pickleball courts crazy golf etc

waiter service in the hotel pool bar and the main green bar were a little bit of a hit and miss

service, live evening performance, spa access, the room with a private bath tub with a sea vierw is very

servis, staff, food, pool. the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

good restaurants, good breakfast. nice, quiet rooms. friendly staff in the restaurants.

water is free at breakfast and it is free at the general buffet, but not at dinner in the royal section restaurant

there was no water, nor desinfection spray in the gym

kids pool and one of the big pools were heated which made us stay at the hotel territory much more

they have a nice small beach perfect for kids

bar staff at this bar were slow but most likely there needed to be two bartenders there at times

my daughter was the only spanish girl at the pool and the kids activities were hard for her

wifi could have been a little faster and stronger signal.

there was also no continuity with the room service, one day they will fill up our drinks tray in the room and

despite being quiet, there is plenty of parking available, making it easy to explore the island by car

everything in one place, 50m pool, sports hall, golf course, bike centre (road and off road) walking, 4 leisure

classes available to join all day, great gym, beautiful setting and amazing buffet food and wine

it has ample parking and a restaurant serving local food

we had a very good breakfast (also with some gluten-free options)

breakfast was a small buffet with delicious fresh local seasonal fruit amongst other things

recommend to book only logies and breakfast

super romantic hotel with stunning views (and great chocolate options for breakfast!)

the whole week, a lot of mosquitos in the room when i arrived, tge last two days there was no room service :(

we weren t advised of all the facilities on arrival (yoga, gym, where to find the evening entertainment)

number of parking spaces on the same level as the hotel entrance and a lack of room amenities such as iron,

you need a car if you want to go anywhere but the hotel but there is free parking.

the only option for an after dinner drink was the bar area with loud french activities for kids, it would have

outside pools not heated could have made costs of laundry clearer

to check in at arrival the staff were run off their feet - as for being brought to your room in a golf car we

spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, big pools, a lot of entertainment for kids

helpful to know that it is quite maze like and there are many stairs to the beach, also that the gym is small

gym wasn t stocked as well as could be (some weights missing, maybe guests took them and it wasn

basis but the breakfast were superb and well managed , we did have several lunches in the pool bar and they were

no price list in the room for mini bar body lotion was not refilled after we finished the cream no games room

did not like the music played at the poolside bar at lunchtime
