quiet pool area

as very early golf players we had no opportunity for breakfast (tee time 7:30) and when coming back from the

staff all excellent. super meal in restaurant. lovely breakfast. very relaxed.

beautiful location overlooking the golf course. nice breakfast plenty of choice.

00am if you over look the golf course but it's not intrusive

the room very spacious, bed massive and very comfortable , breakfast excellent , was included, lots of variety

the spa was just a bit to basic for standard requirements : 3 different steamcabins( type hammams, so

access to the pool & spa was slightly confusing so some signs would have been helpful

adults only complex was amazing the staff were so professional and friendly again all i can say is

out difficult- needs to be a check out point at the adults only site 6pm chocolate each evening isn t

breakfast in the royal level buffet restaurant was outstanding too

kids club is a godsend for families like us with one child

barcelo we went to had fresh orange juice you only had fanta so we couldn t drink in the hotel

kids club, please give anna a raise presentation and quality of buffet food was amazing

the pool areas looked very nice and there were plenty of activities for kids and teenagers

half pension you had to buy drinks even though if you only wanted plain water the gym costs extra, which i missed

i have kids so i understand but not if we booked adults only

at night was entirely based on keeping families with kids happy to the exclusion of anyone else which meant that

barcelo hotel was amazing

business centre at any of the 4 hotels of the resort, the kids club was very disappointing - no indoor place

the gym had enough equipments and good views over the beach and ocean

comfortable acces especialy with kids directly from room to pool

all the rooms are looking over the pool - very convenient for families with kids

and hotel has different entertainments every day, like karaoke or aerobics in pool

of it, the staff were really helpful and the bar was mainly locals and so it had a nice relaxed and local canaria

despite being quiet, there is plenty of parking available, making it easy to explore the island by car

everything in one place, 50m pool, sports hall, golf course, bike centre (road and off road) walking, 4 leisure

classes available to join all day, great gym, beautiful setting and amazing buffet food and wine

it has ample parking and a restaurant serving local food

we had a very good breakfast (also with some gluten-free options)

breakfast was a small buffet with delicious fresh local seasonal fruit amongst other things

recommend to book only logies and breakfast

super romantic hotel with stunning views (and great chocolate options for breakfast!)

the whole week, a lot of mosquitos in the room when i arrived, tge last two days there was no room service :(

we weren t advised of all the facilities on arrival (yoga, gym, where to find the evening entertainment)

number of parking spaces on the same level as the hotel entrance and a lack of room amenities such as iron,

you need a car if you want to go anywhere but the hotel but there is free parking.

the only option for an after dinner drink was the bar area with loud french activities for kids, it would have

outside pools not heated could have made costs of laundry clearer

to check in at arrival the staff were run off their feet - as for being brought to your room in a golf car we

spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, big pools, a lot of entertainment for kids

helpful to know that it is quite maze like and there are many stairs to the beach, also that the gym is small

gym wasn t stocked as well as could be (some weights missing, maybe guests took them and it wasn

basis but the breakfast were superb and well managed , we did have several lunches in the pool bar and they were

no price list in the room for mini bar body lotion was not refilled after we finished the cream no games room

did not like the music played at the poolside bar at lunchtime
