the room smelled good and the wifi connection was very fast

rooms, free wi-fi, pleasant staff, on site laundry facilities and restaurants in walking distance

there was a laundry room on site which i made use of

i observed other patrons return the dishes they had ordered back to the kitchen to be fixed

no queen beds & no microwave in the room. not good for family with kids.

the pool area was great for relaxing and the front grounds were beautiful and had an amazing view of

the pool, and the spa were great also the cava and wine perfect

there s a small bar for happy hour

it has a nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi

we had wifi pass phrase and other little things written down somewhere

free parking and the neighborhood seemed reasonably safe

wifi was ok at times. bed was hard. other than that good enough for me.

wifi was spotty. mattress was pretty hard, but it wasn t uncomfortable or anything.

the beds are very hard and stiff. the parking lot is very tight i struggled to park my truck.

i appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly as we had to bring our small dog with us on this trip

was good it's just that the room service was not good i called it in twice and they never came and cleaned up

you need wipes in the gym to clean the equipment after using it

i opted to just use my own wifi

the laundry facility was the worst, i woke up

great breakfast, great infrastructure and great personnel

the pool and outdoor areas were very nice and a good place to enjoy time with friends

was amazing staff front desk housekeeping bar tender when i had breakfast just stellar service all around

we had are girls softball team all stay at this hotel and after the game the downstairs pool and bar was great

excellent staff, very accommodating and food was delicious. great place for kids

the dog also swam in the pool which made it a little uncomfortable for my kids to swim

our room had a very extensive bar that was lit up in a cool and dramatic way

pool awesome. the bar and restaurant had amazing music sand pours huge shots of bourbon.

for you to not even want to go out and look for any other options to enjoy a delish meal and the bar well for

proximity to restaurants/bars.froendly service - good room service.

room we booked for 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids was really tight, we were disappointed that we had so little

loved the bar and the pool and the breakfast

$25 for breakfast bar equivalent to breakfast food given complementary at hotels

we ordered room service and it did it meet my expectations

would have made our trip perfect if they had room service as well

breakfast was great ! the pool/hot tub was divine !

laundry dryer was broken and took our money but front desk kindly gave that money back to us and

for weekend getaway, very comfortable bed, clean room, good wifi, nice location and reasonable price

the only negative was that the free wifi is very limited but i still give them a 9

so kids briefly swam, but we weren't comfortable sitting out with all the trash left by others

a bit too small for all furniture and a kitchen. but, overall cozy and nice.

clean and the availability of a kitchen. breakfast was great.

lastly, and most important, the friendliest staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, and

cleanliness, room size, full kitchen, comfortable bed, quietness, friendliness of staff.

kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and tools

so all tasks had to be performed at the large kitchenette sink

good location and amazing bar downstairs

only wash your hands if your flush the toilet, so we ended up usually washing our hands at the kitchen sink

thoughtful kitchen w tea, coffee, etc

staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is wonderful, the spa was nice (we had massages)

no laundry facility onsite.

the gym was a plus,

only con is that no pets were allowed in the pool area.

golf course was right there but absolutely no access

also their pool side bar is only open seasonally so it was closed during my november trip but you can t find

absolutely brilliant stay perfect for kids

the facilities were fantastic, and the kids loved the pool
