fresh towels only to be told that there were none available and we had the option of using their laundry facilities to wash them ourselves

spent most of the time in the pool, which was amazing

there is an area with exercise equipment, and the pool house has a pool table, ping pong, chess, backgammon and more

spa was cold and often could not find staff for questions

refrigerator makes a moaning noise all night and the spa was not heated.

the property grounds the building, the rooms, the halls, the deck, pool, jacuzzi, everything

gym was a perfect clean area to get a workout in and the pool was not crowded and heated

did not like the fact that there was no room service

just wish hotels would include breakfast

snack bar came in handy too

paying extra for breakfast.
