this should be listed very clearly on the property description, with a heavily pregnant wife , 2 kids , all being woken up by them outside your door is unfair and ruined what was our first trip

kids described it as fun and loved the place

the rooms are beautiful, staff friendly and the food is good. easy ev charging on site too.

that we couldn't swim in the lake,check out pool bridge farm!

we heard a couple at breakfast complain at the service being slow - well all i can say is if waiting a little longer for

the two outstanding was the hospitality from all the staff they were amazing and the food both breakfast and evening meals were fantastic if i left any it was because i was so full from the

room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was super-delicious

wifi very annoying

wifi was a bit slow and there was a strange drain type smell in the room when we returned late

met up with our sons family and our daughter and her boyfriend came and is 2 kids we had a lovely meal and drinks which i paid for of course lol

*upon arrival we weren't told about breakfast time, or wifi connection, then couldn't connect because we had been given the wrong password

breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh and red hot

lovely room, comfy bed, and great breakfast will definitely come back.

i really appreciated the free public parking right behind the site, which was very convenient

nice rooms above a very nice atmospheric pub and restaurant with free parking and great food, highly recommend
