sick over the stay, sally was extremely accommodating, made toast and coffee, and let us have a late check out to ensure we were okay to travel

needed for a wedding in the local area, could not have asked more of the hosts who helped with a early check in and even offered us a lift when ours was delayed

( loved watching the squirrels) there is plenty of parking off-road and a great location for bideford (-)my fault but i scraped my car against the wall parking it ! (+)excellent location for the big sheep, parking for the studio is great, peaceful location. (-)parking is a challenge, although there is only 5 rooms there is in reality on 2 proper parking (+)had the apartment with terrace which had its own parking space (+) great to have free and secure car parking (+) free parking (+)beautiful building, clean, simple and quiet room. safe parking. the bar is great for a drink and chat at the end of a long day, suzy and ian our hosts were so

we relaxed after checking in at the lovely bar / lounge / games room

decor, really individual with lots of personal touches, sadly didn’t get a chance to sit in the bar and chat, so we will be back

breakfast was fab lots of choices and attentive service full english very tasty

we prebooked a time slot for breakfast and the dining room was very well laid out with service to the table once we were sat

excellent breakfast with a great selection of peanut butters
