( loved watching the squirrels) there is plenty of parking off-road and a great location for bideford (-)my fault but i scraped my car against the wall parking it ! (+)excellent location for the big sheep, parking for the studio is great, peaceful location. (-)parking is a challenge, although there is only 5 rooms there is in reality on 2 proper parking (+)had the apartment with terrace which had its own parking space (+) great to have free and secure car parking (+) free parking (+)beautiful building, clean, simple and quiet room. safe parking. (+)were looked after so well in this lovely period b&b - plenty of parking and great location just out of (+) parking was also good

wonderful kitchen/living area with absolutely everything you could need

the suite had separate bathroom and kitchen and lounge area

great 'pub atmosphere' in the bar in evening

the pub has bags of character - only a small cozy bar then multiple different sitting areas round corners and down steps

bar area was quaint but friendly

reception/ entrance is small bar filled with locals so many i mistook roger on then end of the bar for the landlord

superb breakfast, and a bar just downstairs. excellent bathroom. very welcoming staff.
