the breakfast experience we had is like none other in comparison, having an amazingly high quality of

clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

room we had was first floor with a door to the outside pool and pet area which was great for our dog

friendly helpful and courteous staff from maintenance to housekeeping to catering/bar service to front desk to management

the only thing i didn't like was the lack of a laundry room, which the holiday express hotels all have in the area

sofa bed for kids, like most hotels out there, was completely uncomfortable

hotel has easy access to downtown asheville, complimentary cocktail hour, and very good breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs available
