hotel is well equipped with a gym

stayed at the stones hotel because it was literally across the road from the highpost golf club of which i had a national competition for a week

experience, was opening the curtains in the morning when i was expecting a bit of the view of the golf course to find rather un- attractive buildings, especially as i had asked for an upgraded room

there is nothing around the hotel other than a golf course and gas station

rooms were spacious and comfortable, bar and restaurant are delightful and staff are amazing

great rooms, comfortable beds. staff friendly and helpful. breakfast and evening food all great

breakfast was amazing. staf was amazing kind.

the staff were great. there was a coloring area for the kids.

english breakfast, nice clean and comfortable room, staff super friendly and helpful, close to food places

the bar area was very cold

only small issue was the wifi.

first hotel in the world over 60 years where i could not have an evening meal or room service after 17

the beer on tap was tasty as was the room service we ordered

lovely hotel. perfect location, very friendly, warm, bar open till late, cannot fault it.

corner with kids toys a nice touch as was them offering plates and condiments etc to anyone ordering a take

the connection for room service was not turned on and took an hour to get a drink and the bar was closed at 3pm

the bar was comfortable and the beer good and the bar meals menu was excellent

room service for breakfast was very good and the location for visiting salisbury was excellent

there is ample parking and the wifi is very strong

able to accommodate my particularly early check in request which was hugely appreciated

staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and there was a nice bar at the premises

we only wanted a bar snack as we were late arriving and the kitchen was due to close

the bar area and restaurant were also used by locals and seemed to have a good reputation

the breakfast was always served well and tasted amazing

pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly, parking, location, free wifi, reasonably priced.

oh and not enough working usb ports on plugs my kids have specified

there is an option for a stroll by the hotel but i used the gym and the swimming pool

wifi and mobile phone signal in the hotel

lack of bar staff in the evening

bad , a false fire alarm starting at 06:00, am , my kids they got scare , and they didn’t sleep for another hour, so my day it’s got shorter cause

the atmosphere in the bar is good and liam is excellent, another expert in his field

had to ask for items that were supposed to be included in the kids meal, desserts took way too long to arrive, lots of things not available two

restaurant and bar on site was excellent

of the reasons we chose the hotel was that it advertised a kids play area

kids running around the pub, should have a separate space for us oldies

property was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious, the bar man was amazing, i m currently pregnant and suffering really badly with heartburn and he went

i arrived at 10pm and was told there was no room service available.

clean room and fitness suite was in a good state

kids disappointed the pancake machine didn't work in the morning breakfast

i should add that on contacting room service they were very quick to bring a fresh towel to the room

room service and staff were very friendly

one day i was little bit late but still need room service, someone was hurrying me =

the bar staff need to learn some good manor and customer service, never forget a nice wee smile is not

open reception/play area for kids great and safe for them to be playing there

if being very picky breakfast was delicious and well presented but perhaps a choice of breakfast cereal

staff were also super friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast and complimentary food and drink items were a lovely touch too

breakfast was amazing, mrs chris loved the pastries

the breakfast tray delivered to the room was nicely presented with ample selection of food

beautiful room, excellent breakfast and a very friendly and charming receptionist

to the hotel if not we will have to push luggage on the road which can be dangerous if you have kids

i really appreciated the design, the breakfast and the dinner!

thirdly need to advise that children's breakfast is not included in the room rate only adults is wasn't expecting to have to pay for that

and my four kids really enjoyed our night over at the leonardo hotel

had a function on whilst we were staying, so there was no room service so we had to eat at the bar

need concierge need more stuff for room service need more cleaning
