started the day with a gym session and then enjoyed a good breakfast

outside of the hotel on the road so i could run in and ask if we could drop off our luggage on an early check in

wasn’t there long enough to use the gym but looked really good, will book same hotel again next time we work at the airport

at the bar in bristol was exceptionally helpful profesional friendly made us welcome sorted drinks etc and

particularly spprected late check out and extended breakfast

our room and the room service were very good

quirky set up, with comfortable rooms off a common area with great facilities that includes a kitchen, pool table and table tennis

also there was only one coffee filter left in my room’s bar and i can’t any refill available in the kitchen lol

has a kitchen you can use which is also kept very clean and tidy

meal at the restaurant was not that nice and the kids menu was terrible

they must have answered my room service call within seconds and promptly dealt with my request

this is perfect for kids and so close to all the attractions and very good spots to eat on the

the fact that wifi is then to be paid extra is annoying - surely in the overall price complimentary wifi can be

a longer bar opening in the evening would be good met some people and we decided to have a nightcap together

breakfast could of been hotter, but a good selection.

the room was spotless, beds were comfy, and everything you would expect was there: wifi, tv, fridge,

have stayed before and again had trouble with the wifi connecting on my phone

wifi connection was not completely stable but the hotel did seem to be full and when it worked it

has a nice bar / restaurant with good food.
