stated it came with a relaxing spa, there wasn't one

everything was wonderful but every time i reserve my room the spa lights never work

i've ever known any motel check out time it's always been 11am and at a nicer motel u can request late check out and they usually give ununtil noon, apparently this doesn't qualify as a nicer motel

i booked a king suite that was supposed to include a spa bath

loved the room, the pool wished the bar was open a little later though

of the neighborhood where people are living, so this is more of a senior citizen resort with a pool and less like an hotel

made my reservation online and i equest our room closes to swimming pool and the front desk lady didn’t put for what i requested

it looked out on the pool and courtyard and was clean with plenty of room for us

first day it was trash collection, very loud, second day it sounded like laundry area was at full blast

on this visit i requested an early check in 1:30pm

no microwave in unit . the pool,spa and gym was shut down
