on the booking there is information about every monday free 2 hours late check out,they didn t let me use this option,i arrived after midnight and booked this hotel

kids running riot shouting screaming banging and staff just allowing them to do it

location was ideal, the staff were very friendly, the outside bar on the second floor was great to sit in the sun with a pint

got a wake up call from reception saying i m due to check out despite having a late check out arranged

room service was quicky and convenient and food was delicious

us a room with amazing view of albert dock and a free late check out to 6pm as our flight was later that

room service worked well for us

the bouncer let a few kids in ahead of us who weren't staying at the hotel which we found a bit strange and a bit

the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. there was a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs

no cooked breakfast, but lors of bars and pubs around.
