i was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it

the pet fee was reasonable

room smelled like cigarette smoke come to find out later in the night that the man that was doing laundry smokes in the laundry room

front office staff is rude and asked why you would need housekeeping,and wanted me to bring laundry to them

all night laundry being done

i didn’t do the breakfast

we had no hot water it was under construction the pool was closed all things that should have been listed but

i wish they provided better breakfast options or even a snack vending machine.

the pool could use some upgrades but not a deal breaker at all

and while trying to get my kids to sleep after 10pm there were people playing basketball right outside of our room

it turned out to be the result of a leak in the kitchen

couldn't get a statement at check out time. pool is too shallow for comfortable lap swimming.

only suggestion is perhaps a little bit more breakfast it's pretty limited but other than that i can't complain at all this nothing to complain
