no breakfast due to covid

i wish i could try the breakfast :(

service and staff and breakfast rooms are very clean and blankets and sheets are changed daily and pillows and no smoking

the facilities were ok except we didnt find out until after washing clothes in the guest laundry that the dryer was not working

check in, laundry room doors were open and it was a mess

staff in laundry room could see line of guest at the desk and never came to help because it was shift change

the breakfast had many options which was so nice

the kitchenette had a small fridge that was not cold and a very small microwave that had a peeling

couple friends come and swim, pool was ok he enjoyed himself, only downfall was there was alot of kids jumping in and out causing alot of water to build up on the walk way almost fell a couple

nothing specific..parking is a small problem as there are relatively lesser slots available

is the first hotel breakfast bar where the waffles were nice and crispy, and i didn't have to cook them myself

the pools were closed and there was only one person allowed in the gym at a time.

wish the gym had at least 1 more bike, it was always occupied.

there is laundry room and swimming pool at the hotel

was quite compact, but well thought through - i did not really use the kitchenette, but the bath was adequate and the bed quite comfortable, the working area well done

there is a washer and dryer at the hotel for guest laundry

the gym was under maintenance

an added bonus was that they provided complimentary access to the arc gym nearby

room when first entered smelled really weird almost like sweat then the next day with room service she forgot to stock some amenities and i also asked for extra shampoo and conditioner

my kids love the pool, large clean rooms, and the great variety of breakfast items available

front office staff is rude and asked why you would need housekeeping,and wanted me to bring laundry to them

room smelled like cigarette smoke come to find out later in the night that the man that was doing laundry smokes in the laundry room

very nicely furnished in the bar and restaurant

brought our 3 year old and had a great time in the pool, however there was one single towel hook in the bathroom

pool was good size and clean. room was clean and our stay was quite.

try to stay at holiday inn express everywhere i go because the facilities are always nice and the breakfast is awesome
