wi-fi virtually non existent so i could not do any work and my own wifi could not pick up

room was looking over the courtyard of the vaults bar and it was very noisy (people and music) until about 2am (+)and clean the staff were friendly and helpful really nice bar and good food enjoyed our stay there (+) they have a sedate hotel bar and a lively separate bar called 'the vault' where we enjoyed real ale and music (-)room was a bit noisy from vaults bar next door. till midnight (+)parking perfect, room lovely, bar & bar staff were great, breakfast bloody lovely (+) helpful staff and very pleasant bar and eating areas with a welcoming atmosphere (-)night s band in the bar was very noisy - tho it was very good (+) parking at the back of the building in private yard/barn (-)from bar outside room (+)bull hotel and the vault bar are great places for a drink and comfy stay

were fortunate to be upgraded to superior room overlooking golf course - it was great

room was a really good size that looked onto the golf course and was clean and nicely decorated

i was impressed with the layout of the apartments, the car parking and the fact that the gallery was so convenient

everything excellent food staff great views of track great pool sauna and gym

able to bring friends to the pool or gym facilities who aren't staying there but you can to your apartment and the restaurant

i didn't even get chance to use the gym and swim facilities which were also clearly outstanding

the kids were disappointed as they got ready to swim only to have to wait ages

was a little limited, no jacuzzi and during the kids hours it was very crowded and not spa
