most attentive and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location, free on-site parking

the attached bar and restaurant was excellent with good vegetarian options and great beers and ciders on tap

it was great to have secure parking and good internet connection

we had adjoining rooms; we had a full bed and our kids each had twins

below - the breakfast was served in the cellar, it was cold we asked a number of times for hot tea, which we

breakfast in the queen anne room was disappointing

on site bar does delicious food and the pub had a great atmosphere and has a great session on monday

staff were exceptional, bed super comfy, spa and gym were fabulous, food amazing. 10/10 stay

leisure centre is really top notch with magnificent views of the river suir to be seen from the pool and gym as well as the hotel itself

too many kids with no supervision

food of the restaurant is very good and the facilities such us the swiming pool or gym are nice

location excellent and good gym facilities. lovely comfortable couches in one of sitting rooms.

no place for the kids to hang out , room was very cold

thing was i would’ve liked to have watched a football match in the bar on tnt sports on sunday afternoon but they didn’t have the channel in the bar

was a great place and location to stay, not much for kids to around area but we were visiting family so had plenty to do, we would go back again

one night kids coming in and out like yo yo banging doors, woken up at 6 am that following morning
