room service dinner the night before however was just fantastic (see photos) we were upgraded and (+)room service was lovely - i had the truffle caviar eggs which were incredible (+)considerate welcoming juice and sweets, pre-breakfast in-room service of freshly squeezed juice and mini croissants (+) the comfiest bed and super speedy and delicious room service (-)room was smaller than expected and called twice for room service that never came (-)only thing that let it down was the evenings room service. (-) we had been out for a long day including a very nice lunch, but a snack which didn't involve room service would've been nice (+) i ordered room service and the food and service were both exceptional (-)had to wait an hour for room service to arrive although this was quickly resolved when we called again to check on our food

we ordered room service for the traditional full english only costing 14, they came to the room politely and

the prices at the bar were extortionate!!

unfortunately i did not use the pool but the jacuzzi was relaxing

jacuzzi was too full of people and no floats for kids at the pool.

guests are allowed to use the gym and swimming pool at no cost

the staff where very friendly and happy to help with the extra cot and sofa bed for the kids.

went easter weekend and there were quite a lot of

being able to use the spa a couple of times during our stay was a real treat

don't the parents want a break/rest from their kids

breakfast and overall accommodation was amazing. the spa was lovely.
