didnt get a chance to use the pool or the gym as we were too busy exploring the

towels included in room, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, wifi

the staff were very friendly and down to earth, especially the evening bar staff

always has a smile on there faces & nothing was too much trouble, excellent facilities, lovely breakfast, & excellent location will definitely be stopping there on our next visit

booked for family room because we have 2 small kids then we find they don t have a family room

also the free parking made the difference between staying here as opposed to elsewhere nearby

(-) we had been out for a long day including a very nice lunch, but a snack which didn't involve room service would've been nice (+) i ordered room service and the food and service were both exceptional (-)had to wait an hour for room service to arrive although this was quickly resolved when we called again to check on our food
