was thankful and glad that the staff accomodated me and my girlfriend to allow us an early check in

having only one small bar of bath soap for two people to share did not sit well with me

i greatly appreciated their professionalism but also their understanding & willing to accommodate early check in without any fuss

so i had to use a different card, but with all of the teenager kids playing in the lobby, i decided to just go next door to the courtyard instead

parking was a lil tight maybe because of visitors for a hockey tournament and someone blasting

we wasn t able too eat breakfast or the pool wasn t opened do you covid-19

pool closed at 6pm and didnt open back up til 9pm and the kids had to b out the pool at 9 so my kids didnt have a good stay at all and the was no

customer service the pool the exercise room i loveeee seeing my kids happy in the pool our 2nd time

it comes to my room selection ( only on availability) and the staff is always helpful clean rooms laundry with free breakfast what more can a traveler ask for victory inn and suites your home away

my first room was dirty looking , it looked like a motel i had to walk through the employee laundry area
